There are some Good Content creators and there are some trash ones, But please dont mix together on what is a content creator and a Twitch streamer they are 2 completely different things.

 Some content creators like ShakyBay leaving BDO will TBH make BDO a better game, the guy makes such miss information trash to the community that those that actually listen to him and follow his playstyle end up becoming some of the worst players in this game. Were do you think Red player Journey came from?? along with the craze on killing noobs?? ShakyBay has been at that fore front of that for years along with making sure he only clipped all his wins on his bullshit content no matter if he lost 60 times back to back in the BA yet those 2 times he wins he makes it out like he was the best Pvp'r in BDO. When in reality BioHack is better than him AND 99% of most orther content creators use him as a butt of every joke when his name pops up on there death feed. BUT yet even today he still has clowns trying to follow his musa Succ playstyle the very same one that leads a majority getting deleted non stop just like shaky did.

FakeUni is not that far behind again streaming and actually making content are completely different things other than seeing him on arsha during the PvP challange (not tourn.) i never saw the guy, his content was focused on a class that i didnt play and tech the guy was more than a bit of a Tool, in reality most of the players around him could not stand the guy for various reasons and he is one arrogant SOB and really there are no tears shed with him leaving.

Just like when Hero Quit BDO main and went to GamezBD (BDO private server) Eveyone said it was the END of BDO, Same for the Dbag King of All Sands who was the BIGGEST Toxic POS in BDO <------ and again all you crying simps about Red players ganking noobs ever wonder were it all came from well look no further than the original groups of players that were in ManUp and some of the old school siege guilds you will find a MAJORITY of these guys leaving bdo.

You think they REALLY LEFT BECOUSE BDO IS IN A BAD SPOT..... LMFAO, try more like new players are catching up faster these guys no longer have the gear to not get embarrased in the BA against players on the new trials. Same goes for in world a lot of these guys litterally get hunted down due to things they say on stream by litterally NObody players from rando guilds.  I mean why do you think Choice hates Mystics??? he gets his ass kicked repeatedly by them, litterally there are clips out there were he ran into me with his doom and couldnt even take half my health in 2 combos then was like Who the hell is this guy from a rando guild.

These content creators that are leaving are taking the easy way out and jumping to another game like New World becouse they are failing to continue to dominate either on the class they play or there gear is just not enough. instead of having some humility and working harder or training its always easier to just start fresh then like all other Content creators that use your hard earned $$$ they will WHALE there asses off to dominate and get to the top so they can stay relavent.

In the End these guys leaving Does not Hurt the community or BDO this allows for others to step up that are in reality much better than the ones that have left. Dont even get me started on the whole concept of how most of these guys used drivers for there accounts and many of them after what happened with HunterJuJu getting banned most of them had to start doing all the work themselves well you really think that after 2+ years of not having to actually play the game like the rest of us do to progress they were going to do it on there own??? LOL

Naa these guys leaving didnt speak for the community or me, If them leaving makes PA look at whats going on and worried about people leaving for other games then i will take that as a WIN WIN. We get rid of the Toxic ass content creators that litterally bring BDO down and get PA's ass on fire to get things done.. so i am good.

Whether people like a game or not, or support it or not; when it comes to content creators, there is only so much that can be done with what audiences they have, coupled with their own personal enthusiasms for said content

So players are going from WOW to FF14 great job in pointing that out LOL much appreciated.

idk, all bdo streamers/content creators are in the noname category.

PA did a sad attempt in promoting them since that would be advertisment for the game... but the thing is that when the combined view count of bdo ain't reaches not even like 25% of how much viewer a single actually decent streamer have, then that ain't promote anything. Noone goes back into the shit tier on twitch to look for streams to watch. It's either in the top few or noone cares.

But it's not PA's fault. mmos are not fun to watch (generally). bdo is even worse, since noone want to watch a guy smashing zero AI mobs in a circle over and over again for hours. That's awfully booring to even play, not to mention watching it lol...

But the fact that bdo "partnered" streamers play other games clearly shows the avarage mentality of the player base. They would want to quit bdo ASAP, they just need a better game to play...

Here is the content we in our guild watch, When rewards are offered to watch twitch that are worth enough to do we click on the stream and min the browser. Otherwise I do not watch twitch i have more important things to do in my life like scratch my ass.

The above Content Creators that i mentioned by Name Becouse i have had major interaction with Shakybay and KingOfAllSands specifically. Shaky did the record a dual session without telling me he took an ass whooping from me via his 3 wins to me beating him repeatedly to around 60 times in BA and spit out a montage of trash to make himself look like a PVP god after words it made me start recording interactions. Later on my GM got a really good video of me killing his ass repeatedly while he was trying to do Red player stuff, KingOfallSands was another super Toxic Content Creator he was another one that did red player stuff and was attacking our new players at Desert Fogans and i went out and gave him an ass whoopin on live stream that made him call all the GapeNation Bootlickers to come out and help him cuz ya know he was just soo great on his sorc. Evertime we found him in game grinding we would flag and kill him repeatedly he was always at stars end for a long time.

Other than the above the ONLY Content creator that most of our guild actually watches consitantly is Chris Poli, i actually donate to him becouse he does content and guide's that are 100% worth watching AND his point of view is non biased, Meaning he doesnt sit there and run the game down on his content and bitch about it. He simply does content Based on the Content at hand and remains positive about it. 

So when you talk about viewership there are a WHOLE lot of players that do not watch that garbage for many reasons... Here are a few..

#1) Most top rated streamers are in the most TOXIC siege guilds within BDO.

#2) Most of these streamers guilds are home to the most amount of players that use exploits/hacks and drivers on there accounts

#3) Most of these Siege guilds have a Large amount of players that have actually been Banned from BDO then purchased new accounts.

Most of these end game Content Creators close there eyes's to this while they benifit from these players in many ways we all watched it when the top Guilds got busted for Exploiting guild chest and had to repay there gains all the while those same content creators called all there viewers simps and retards for not agreeing with there points of view.. (Yah and there is another reason people left those creators some time ago)

#4) These Content Creators are NOT in Most cases doing anything to improve the game other than playing BDO for hours on end while a few hundred players Simp and drool over there gear while paying money to get them to do stupid shit PURELY for entertainment, what things you ask??? HOW about blowing up 16 TET tungrade rings going for PEN, yes this did happen when the idiot could of sold the 16 he made and just bought 2. For real this is some of the most stupid trash you see in content creation watching idiots do what idiots will do with large amounts of money and silver just to get a few more subscribers when 90% of the player base has at least enough IQ to realize that was super cringe and can do math all day.

These are just a few examples as to why viewership is down and most players have better things to do with there time and its not watching these super cringe clowns do absolutly NOTHING exxcept get there guildies to watch there antics and be a part of it on live stream. So simply becouse you think that like ~3% of the player base that tunes into this trash are leaving Content Creation its a major hit to BDO and they have the the pulse on the community all i can say as.

Naaa most of these people have no clue what reality is they are just doing things so they dont have to go out and get a job instead play video game on live stream in hopes others give them money. Most of these guys/Gals are no different than the clowns on the street corner with a carboard sign "Will work For Food".  True Content Creators offer a benifit to the community as a whole and i am sorry to say but there are VERY FEW of those here in BDO.

Its always funny when a person that has bearly played BDO since 2017 most likely watches twitch nonstop cuz yah know why not. Then decides to come in a toss out a 1 sentence post and act like they just dropped the mic and walked off the stage,  all of us pleebs should be self aware of exactly what they mean.

Actually, this is not true.  Most SMART Streamers will follow where there is a huge amount of target audience to be had.  They literally try to follow the money.   In Steam New World peaks at 200K, if you compare that to BDO that peaked 1 year 1/2 to 60k  It is NO contest.   It is simple math more population, more chances of getting their respective target audience. 

Also, it is not the FIRST time BDO failed miserably with its content.  The only one I really enjoyed was Shadow Arena and that was for a span of 4+ years.    I find it weird that everyone suddenly burnt out for 5 years when the first dungeon comes out Attor (which is utter garbage SURPRISE) at the same time a new MMO is that can challenge their strangle hold on their will to continue playing the game. 

There are lots of opportunities for Streamers in the new game with lots of population.  It is the same goes with other shooter games look at Shroud he jumps to Valorant, PubG, Apex, COD, Counterstrike and Fortnite.  Whatever the best shooter games with the most population on Twitch.    

I do the same thing, I just mute, minimize and then claim the Twitch rewards.  Sometimes I watch Valorant of Poker streams.

You are right with some of these streamers.  Some of these guys are selling next-level Get rich scams while they use the donations and money from streaming to keep fast progressing through the game.   The worst part is the viewers that donate are more likely to try to imitate what they are doing and getting the low end of the progression.     It is an endless cycle until someone figures out how to do their math correctly

I remember the time when I first started to be this "good lifeskiller", I figure the math doesn't make sense to the sheer volume of progression of the player that I was watching.   I figured maybe I should rewatch some of these streams... well let's just say I figured out that there is a pearl currency whenever they open their inventory.  It makes a lot more sense when it changes to a HUGE volume $200-300 in a week while claiming gains.  I watch a streamer spent more than $200 worth artisans (artisans was x3 repair back when I started) and he keeps claiming it is only "convenience".  I can figure the reason why they are progressing it such a rapid pace that no one, not even their viewers that spent time and money can catch up.  Unless of course they are big spenders too. 

Like you have said there are actually fun, entertaining and some actual information (SEA patch related because they get them first) streamers and content creators out there.   I had a blast watching FakeUniforms OOK video, also at times watching Lacari rage every time he gets clapped in PvP.  Chris Poli videos are up to date with the latest patch which is fun to watch with subtitles on.

I'm sure there are some HONEST streamers out there that just enjoy gaming and don't have to spew misinformation online.   Sadly I will never know.

Like people already mentioned very few watch BDO content creators and BDO will always be my go-to game when I decide to turn off my brain after a day's worth of Texas Hold'em.

Due to laws they couldn't register 54% of their earnings, ₩10.8 billion, but the drop since last quarter is... ₩4.7 billion. And that's with them spending money on architecture and the entire move of publishing rights and data from NA/EU to their own servers. The drops, while still minor, are connected to BDO Mobile bringing in less cash, nothing to do with KR. Then you also have to remember all studios record drops y/y due to pandemic states being different. Overall you're just delusional. 

If 2 streamers quitting the game reflects the current mentality of the playerbase, do 50 streamers staying in BDO not reflect it? It's normal for some people to quit. You WILL have streamers quitting, constantly, changing games. FakeUniform decided to go into variety of games and try to center his community around him, not BDO. Morrolan has been a dead streamer for a long time now. Lacari also quit BDO and pursued career in variety streaming, achieving some success. Does it mean the game was dying then too? 

And don't even try bringing up "being sponsored by PA" when one of the streamers you say "reflects entire community" said partner program has barely any benefits and is overall bad. You're delusional if you think people leave the game ONLY when its state is bad and you are delusional if you think streamers are different from normal players in this regard. Game could be in the best state it's ever been and people like FakeUniform would still make that choice. He just had a kid. He needs to make more money, and BDO, and MMO genre in general, isn't the best way to get viewers. Grinding is not fun to watch. He has a kid now, he needs to feed his family, so he wants to grow as a streamer, do variety and get to the big boy table. Just like Lacari in the past.
