I bought the game back in 2016 and got to max level. I've had a lot going on in my life and haven't been able to play. I came back recently to find that my account and progress has been deleted. I even lost the money I payed to purchase the orignal game and any cosmetics as well. I contacted customer support and they said they won't do anything about it and that I was out of luck. They told me they sent out a warning but I never recieved anything like that. They said I could go watch a twitch stream for three hours to get a "free" game pass. It's not free if I have to spend three hours, nor do I get back my lost characters.

there is no way to get it back because the account data has been removed during the transfer, this was due to EU regulation where the user must accept the data exchange/give permission for data exchange.
Whats funny is that private servers that listen to their communities are avoided because people think they will be taken down, or think that they are "stolen"...
They have all outlasted Kakeo...

There is nothing PA can do here to help him though, cuz the account data deltion was because of EU laws, i mean its not like they advertised it for like half a year and sent countless emails to people that didnt do it, i mean sure Kakao and PA are def not perfect but here you rly have nothing to blame em for.
I will just add here that they had been announcing transfer for half a year. The warnings were literally everywhere. Outside of BDO and even outside of game related sites. You could get BDO transfer ad on completely different website. The emails were sent out many times. It's not their fault that people use mail for games that they never use again and not read it. So unfortunately PA will not return accounts that were not transfered.
What max level should that be?
There were many warnings in different ways to transfer your account, before May 31st. Whatever progress you had is lost forever and it can't be recovered. If one ignored all those warnings no matter for what reasons, it's not PA's fault. If you want to get back, this means you'll have to start over from the 0 .
