If those private servers have access to player account data, there is a major and illegal data breach.
Showing proof of your achievments, then having an account set up with the same is a breach of nothing.
These morons who are blaming PA and/or Kakao for this really have no clue what is actually happening. No, they do not, nore could they help you if they found themselves in the same situation.
The only thing I blame Kakao for is keeping the money but not the data.
And if one is starting a new game..well may as well start a new game without the feeling of complete loss.
They warned you enough, if you still not transfered it's 100% your fault.

Only if you got the notification.
Even courts dont hold you accountable for missed court dates if you were not properly notified.
Sending something to an old address does not count as proper notification in my book.
But whats done is done, how he chooses to move forward now is up to him. And staying with a company that took your money but refuses to help you out would 100% be the players fault.

If someone doesn't care about a game so much, that he ain't even looked after it for a half year, then he don't need that acount anyways.
Newerthless they was warned it literately everywhere. It was advertised, people on gaming media talked about it etc. If you live under a rock, then it's your fault, not the world's fault.
Also they can't hold your data forever. They did gave some extra time, but after they terminate their contract with you, then they can't legally hold your data any more. (Though it deepens on country.)
It's not the publisher's responsibility to try to make the not caring playes care. You give them ony one contact(e-mail), they are expected to warn you there (and they did), if you did give them a fake contact, or you did not care, it's your fault, and they ain't responsible for your loss.

Uh-huh...I never got an email, notification or saw ANY ad about such a thing. Only way i found out is because im active in the forums and ingame. Not only that you are forgetting those who may have known but could not log in due to being on deployment, etc.
Once again whats done is done. There are avenues to move forward if the OP decides to continue with black desert.
What max level should that be?
Dude... it was MAX LEVEL.

And when did you transfer your account? I guess you started the transfer as soon as it was possible and thats why you did not get any notification!
I had a few full accounts (not trial) and only transfered one. That one did also not get any notification, but the other accounts got spamed with transfer notifications.
