And when did you transfer your account? I guess you started the transfer as soon as it was possible and thats why you did not get any notification!
I had a few full accounts (not trial) and only transfered one. That one did also not get any notification, but the other accounts got spamed with transfer notifications.
People had issues that knew about the xfer. Plus gen z dont even check emails, or twitter. So many holes in their "notification system" that we warned them about. A reply should have been manditory in order to avoid refund issues. Instead they carried the same attitude some here have...F#k em right?
Wrong, because there are competitors that will take advantage of Kakaos neglagence, and i believe the OP should pursue those avenues, then let is know if the grass is truly greener on the other side.
I xfered about a month after it was confirmed they were gonna delete accounts.
The only thing I blame Kakao for is keeping the money but not the data.
And if one is starting a new game..well may as well start a new game without the feeling of complete loss.

Don't worry, if your account was from more than a year ago it's worthless now. You can achieve more than what you had in a day or two
