So, I got the email about a transfer the other day. I quit after they changed PvP system and imo wrecked it.. Came back to see what is new only to find.. nothing is really new or better at all. The p2w they put in has taken its toll but at this point I hardly care about that. It's that gear ehancement has gone so much further but with no real way of catching up. I played for 2 years, they changed everything I enjoyed so I quit, my curiousity brought me back for today but the thought of doing that grind over again is a yikes. I had hoped for casual grind, lifeskill and arena dueling but I am sooo far back it's absurd. 

This game still demands everything from you, afk all day to earn things/make money. 

It still has a crap pvp system and no balance at all. 

The Pearl Shop is worse now than when I left, value pack 2.0 in that moon thing?

And what kept me hooked for two years, being combat, looks and pvping.. is not enough to bring me back. The game looks good is all I can say anymore. 

I hope you're all enjoying bdo still, but frankly how anyone can carry on playing this for pvp without simply being stuck in the sunk cost fallacy or being straight up addicted is beyond me. Wars are still who has the biggest witch/wiz ball and highest avg gs. Classes that need love still have not gotten it in these years I have been gone.Back to LoL and FFXIV I go, one for pvp one for some hardcore pve. And each of those look great in their own ways as well. Without being nearly so costly or time consuming as this game.

Ps. Forgot I still had Tet ogre, cres rings etc so those have now been blown up along with the rest I exploded in 2018 lul

So you wasited a few minutes if your life to say the game sucks and still sucks  and your not playing. Like if you alrdy quit playing and found a game you like why even waste engery on the game you don´t like anymore.  The level of stupid is high here.  Just do like me when I don´t like a game I never talk about or think about it to me it does not exist becuse why would I waste time on something I don´t like that´s just pure stupid. The world is flat level of stupid.

You could also not react at all instread of, I don't know, responding with such salt and mismanaged anger (something you wouldn't do IRL) that it was like he said bad things about your mom. Is Kim one of your parents ?

Also wouldn't know this cause you stopped playing. But the community for this game has gotten so toxic that ingame death threats are a daily occurance and completely acceptable behavior in PA's eyes. Their response to ingame death threats is "We aim to encourage a competitive PVP focued outlook for our game, an therefore see nothing wrong with the messages this user posted ingame." An all this developer has done for the last 3 years is slow regressing and not improve both this game's design and it community. It why when Crimson Desert comes out I can't see any reason this game will survive. The only reason this game hasn't failed yet is because there isn't a single game like in on the market, but when Crimson Desert comes out that will completely change and result in the death of this game's playerbase.

People tell me that such logic is flawed they say "Why would a game developer willingly make a game that competes with another game they made." Well my response to that is simply. Why is there a GWs and a GWs2? Why is there Wow and Wow classic? Why is there everquest and everquest 2? Why is there everquest and everquest classic? Why is XL games making Archage 2 when Archage is still around? Why does activision make a brand new call of duty game every other year? Why is there planetside and planetside 2? Why is the creator of planetside hinting at making planetside 3 or a game similar to planetside 1 and 2? The answer to all these questions is a simple 5 letter word.
