I could be wrong, but looking at how the game is and how it is build for the rich, im pretty sure you can only own this IF you got Loads of cash in the game.
But hey, maybe we get a version on the Pearl shop too, that way Everyone has a chance to own one.

Thats the mess we're in now. Make something impossible to get, so you pay to have the game played for you.
If ur not enjoying the process to obtain it, then PA has failed..
You paying them MORE money to just play the game for you is incentivising them to continue making the game terrible.
We already dont have earned visual progression now cause of that mentality. Its all paid for with cash just to make it look like we actually play the game and arnt just running around in starter gear.
Leave the sex appeal to the cash shop, and the ingame visual progression to ingame methods.

Hey ^^
In order to get the Mansion you first need to complete a special quest from Cruccio Domongatt in Heidel, then you will be able to rent the Mansion with contribution points (according to last dev news it would be decreased to 5 contribution points).
We will have more exact details about the Mansion when we are close to release it on our servers, so keep an eye on our website!

I haven't checked but ty for info Cadry but from my xp with other games once the word "rent" comes into play you don't own it and there is a moving end date to renew, which has implications if semi active for whatever reason, or if you want to park the game a while... could be wrong here but just saying as a heads up :)

So I can pay even 100m for mansion but once.
Mansion is the only hope for a revival of the furniture market.
Look at my house, look at this mess, nowhere to put a finger on it:
I doesn't make furniture, no hunting because I just don't have room for it and the CPs are worth too much to waste on houses.

How is Jed Clampett and his family suppose to get a home, if you make them only for the elite?
I was thinking about hopping over the wall of the masion outside Heidel to have a look around. Then I thought, I might not be able to get back out so easy. Who knows what security measures they have installed there, doberman attack dogs maybe? Looks a bit too big for my ego. I will stick to the small dollhouses thank you.
