By accident or design they have removed the pillars around the desert portals making it 100x harder to find them, the pillars you could see at a render distance and now it's just the black portal which doesn't appear untill your almost right ontop of it.
I spent 3 hours on MULTIPLE channels and found 3 portals all with no pillars
Seriously are you trying to kill hystria and aakman content?

I takes me 5 minutes to enter any desert portal I please by using my Sage parked at Sand Grain ...

I dont recall reading about any change like this in the patchnotes so its probably just a bug. Roughly 2 weeks ago I completed the heralds journal which required me to find a portal to Hystria on time which was... not a pleasant experience since the quest bugged out the 1st time and I had to redo it but the portals did have their 4 pillars at that time.

You can use the tag system to enter either Aakman or Hystria ruins by using Sage trail : Ator's Eye, just complete the quest can let you teleport.

Imagine using the tag system , and you have untag and delete all your tagged gear for a fucking Sage.
Anyone has better alternative than lossing 2B worth of marni fuel ? No i won't main Sage to grind hystria , aakman

You can tag your Sage free of charge by not using the gear copy feature ...
Then once your Sage entred the area of your choice you swap back to your grinding character through character slection screen.
As I already stated, with a Sage parked in Sand Grain, the whole process takes 5 wholes minutes.

What about people grinding with their tagged char , what should i do if i grind with my tagged guardian ?
You solution is only for people not using tag copy feature . Because UNTAG make you loose ALL your TAGGED GEAR you spend money for
