Need improved party formation system for special quests & battles

With expansions including now multiplayer dungeons or areas, BD needs to look even more into creating a better multiplayer UI for random groups. Currently certain guilds and groups of friends that play at the same time can easily group up, but random players, newer players or those with odd times or different goals need a better tool to group up. I have seen two basic types of party creation UIs in MMORPGs.

1) Players that want to group create a post on a grouping board to get others to join stating what they are running, level, roles, etc... This is pretty much what Black Desert currently has. Dungeons & Dragons Online has a similar system as well. With this type of system I seldom find a group that fits, and may wait a long time trying to form my own group.

2) Some other games' multiplayer quests or raids have a built in queue system. I have seen this in Neverwinter and Phantasy Star Online for example. These work very well for bringing random players together. If applied to Black Desert, players wanting to run Atoraxxion or certain world boss runs, would simply join a queue for the quest, then once the party fills the quest begins. For those already in a party, the game simply allows the party to join a queue together. If necessary such queues can even filter to ensure a balance of roles based on class as well as minimum level, AP, DP etc... Parties formed like this usually have a small penalty for leaving before quest or fight completion, usually a 30-60 minute wait period prior to joining another queue. Another option is to allow players from any server to transfer over to the queue's server, reducing wait time on servers that may have less interest in the battle. This type system can even allow several parties to queue up for larger battles.

Even if you don't have a group of close knit guildmates or friends who all have the same goal, with this second type of queued party, you can just to go join the Atoraxxion queue for example, wait for other random players to fill the party and off you go. A system like this would support more group questing for major quests. It also gives random players a chance to meet other players. It is granted that a well seasoned team will perform better, but not everyone is part of a well seasoned team. Many may still want to learn and experience certain battles & quests if they had the opportunity at the right time.

This second type system is also good for promoting certain quests/battles and offering special rewards for those who join a party queue and complete the quest/battle during specially announced times. This also helps fill up random parties quickly, since nobody likes waiting around for a party. For example in the MMORPG game PSO2 there would be an announcement like "We are being attacked by Luther and the photoners! Sign up at the counter to defend the base!" Black Desert already has an system announcing things like "Kzarka is stirring up in the abyss" and things like that. All that needs to added is "Join the battle now by talking to [Special NPC in each town]!". Talking to this NPC would open a queue to form a party for the quest.

(Note: When I say "quest" here, I'm not referring to go-fetch-it quests, rather a series of battles that progress across a certain terrain or several waves of battle in the same area.)
