I had big problems yesterday with leveling my first character over 49. Black spirit had no quest for me to level up [50+] and the item in the imventory said that i don't meet the requirements to use it. 

I f you have this problem just delete the item. It worked. No joke. 

I almost uninstalled Black Desert for this Bugg.
