I think boss gear which has been penned and was previously exchanged from Tuvula should be registerable on the MP.  I poured billions into penning my Dande, only to later realize that I really want a Blackstar awakening weapon.  It is unfair to be restricted from selling my pen Dande.  I understand the reasoning for keep Tet and below family bound, but if it reaches the ultimate level of Pen, the reasoning starts to fall apart.  It is such a large sacrifice in time and money to Pen the item, it should then be registerable on MP.  It's unfair to allow it to be penned at all without the ability to sell.

You knew it wouldnt be tradeable when you did the convert. If you dont like it you should've upgraded a regular one that can be sold. This seems like a you issue.

Really?  I don't think it's fair to set up new players to dump billions into an item only to later learn that it's become outdated, and give them no means to pull the value back out.  I think this is an unfortunate and unintended consequence of the Seasons boss gear exchange system.  It shouldn't be that players are discouraged from trying to improve their Seasons exchanges.

That's demonstrably wrong; there over 13B difference between tet and pen.
