All is not lost, Unless you get a Pen Blackstar, the Pen Dande is better than a Tet Blackstar because you can caphras the Dande and get a higher AP bracket. Should they ever release a Fallengod Awakening weapon, you will be able to use said Dande to turn it into Fallen God and at that point you would be able to sell it.
Beautiful theory, Black Start will always be better then Dandelion.
It's funny when someone said "you can caphras". Yes you can. You only need a thousand capras worth tens of billions.
Such a small detail that destroys your theory.

Here's another detail but still funny: for your own theory to come true, you only need to casually PEN a Blackstar.
This said, I'd rather get slow but guaranteed progression through Caphras than upgrading a Blackstar to PEN but you do you.
But everyone actually knows you'll do neither since you're not intellectually fit for progression games.

I think boss gear which has been penned and was previously exchanged from Tuvula should be registerable on the MP. I poured billions into penning my Dande, only to later realize that I really want a Blackstar awakening weapon. It is unfair to be restricted from selling my pen Dande. I understand the reasoning for keep Tet and below family bound, but if it reaches the ultimate level of Pen, the reasoning starts to fall apart. It is such a large sacrifice in time and money to Pen the item, it should then be registerable on MP. It's unfair to allow it to be penned at all without the ability to sell.
You knew when you received the gear and boss exchange coupons that the item was not sellable. Yet you continued to enhance it?!?!? Now you expect sympathy becouse you want something else, you did this to yourself now your stuck with that decision.
As far as the comment of BS being better the only time it is better is at PEN and the amount of players that have a PEN is less than 2%.
Your Pen dandi past C1 will be better than TET BS due to the bracket gain and the accuracy increase over time. For most players they will be C11-15 Dandi long before you would ever get a PEN BS.
I.e. it is almost 4 bil per hit and a 245fs is 5% anything less is a waste of cron.
It avg 12-25 attempts to get Pen BS that is between 40-100 bil if that was put into caphras you would be c15 by the 1st 40 bil you spent on outfits.
Let's get something straight here PVE is the only time that BS is better, a c20 dandi and a PEN BS have exact same AP for PVP with the exception that all species damage is +2ap over BS.
A PEN Dandi will out pace the TET BS monster damage via the 2 brackets it will gain and it is species damages YOU litterally are only gaining 11ap moster damage you will almost gain that with the 1st 3-4ap (+6ap bonus plus 4ap sheet)you gain depending on were you are at with brackets but adding caphras will make you grow PVP as well.
So unless your using a TET BS awakening cuz your succession or a BS main hand cuz your awakening the only time to goto PEN BS is if it is the last gear you need.

Actually... how is a seasonal-exchanged PEN any less effort than a "real" PEN?
You know you can just grind a few hours and buy a TET Dande, or even just AFK, collect login rewards and farm & cook stonetail fodder for 1 week without even playing the game at all, and buy a TET Dande? It is not exactly some kind of high effort priceless artifact, it's not 2018 anymore.
Who cares? let them sell it.

Weapons are the worst thing from seasons to be penning. I'm not trying to be mean when I say this but use some of the old resources that are available to you. There is a lot of information on what seasonal gear to make regular boss gear and get to pen. Chest piece should have been the first thing you penned from seasonals after making it a regular boss armor.
