Exchange NPC missing

Event ended earlier today and now the exchange NPC is nowhere to be seen. The community have been asking for the exchange NPCs to stay for 1 week after the events for over 5 years now so that ppl have time to exchange their stuff. Can you please concider making this standard for all events?

The community should start read maintenance announcements, there was writen event will be end 3 days before.

I agree with OP. I have a lot of unexchanged Coins and Orbs. They should let the exchange NPC stay for 1 week after the event. PA, please bring Giorio back for one week!!
