Is there any way to turn off the Black Spirit dice nag popup?

nope, its there as a reminder to roll your dice. Previously there were people complaining that the notification wasn't blatant enough.

The game is not modern enough to allow such complex task like hiding pointless UI clutter, and despite many complained about it, PA actually made the dice popup even worse.
