No. Carracks are specialized boats that show dedication and time spent. Bartering itself is about investment and making it into a paying venture over time. Being able to just start out at the top defeats the downside.

Carracks are about AFKing for many many hours, after you get one of each, what are you supposed to do with all the extra materials? I want to be able to make and sell boats, the price would be about the same as a T9 horse is now. Still dedication, just to a different part of the grind.
Try reading mats tooltip. You'll learn that you can convert them into a currency called sea coins. A currency is commonly used to buy goods at shops.
Besides, I don't agree with turning carracks from being an achievement of patience and dedication into something random nobodies can cheese through cash shop or just casually grind in a week at orcs just because they have gear.

On one hand I dont want this to happen cos carrack is the only thing in game u cant p2w or just skip and it is a sign of just pure dedication
But on other hand i wasted so much money for a ship that takes a whole day to make the money an ork grinder make in an hour i might as well sell it and buy pen blackstars and join siege kekw

You almost made a point until you lied about carrack being "the only thing in game you can't p2w".

IMHO, it's great that you can't buy a carrack. I think that too much in this game can be bought with silver, resulting in players simply doing unrelated content to earn silver and bypassing that whole part of the game or even obtaining silver by buying stuff from the pearl shop and selling it for silver and then buying stuff that way instead of actually earning it through gameplay. It's great that you actually have to do the sea content to get a carrack. If someone has a carrack, you know that they spent a lot of time and put in a lot of effort to earn it. Unlike a lot of stuff in this game, it actually means something.
As for extra carrack materials, you can sell them for crow coins, which you can then use to get items to sell for silver. Arguably, they should be worth more crow coins when you sell them than they are, but there is a way to get value out of them other than actually making another carrack.

I could see it implemented but im not sure if the sailing community actually wants this change.
