Not sure if Flow: Wave Skedaddle is working correctly in Awake.

I noticed that I should be able to use this while in awake?
If so, when I press SPACEBAR I do not see the move activate.
If I go into normal stance, then it works fine, but the tool tip says I shouldn't need to.
