Some items have been at max price with over 100,000 pre orders.  Others that are more expensive are also at max price, but that max price is way to low.  Items that have been at max price for months if not years needs to be adjusted.  A quick list of items that are at max price that is way to low for their value.

Pen Blackstar, the cost to create is almost double what you can sell it for.

Fallen God Armor, again cost to create is almost double what you can sell it for on the Silent and higher and it's moving very very slowly.

Flame of Despair, the max Central Market price should be 1,500,000,000 if not 2,500,000,000.

Many crafting parts, including but not limited to, Milk, Red Meat, Logs, scantlings, timer squares, Rough Stone, polished stones, some of the gems, most of the saps, Traces, Fruits of ****, lots of Tier 3&4 finished products, Bloods, and almost all fish.

Upgrade parts, IE forest Fury.

Alchemy stones splendid and shining.

Crafted Horse, Ship, and Wagon gear.

The list is very long, way longer than what I put down, however there is one way to see what needs to be increased for the max price.  That is the items have spent more than 6 months at max price with very little if any sales and constant pre-orders on them.  These undervalued items need to have the max price increased, or the supply needs to somehow be increased.

I could give a list to proper pirce ranges, but they ignore this sicne what? 2year or 3? I don't think they care much tbh.
