In light of the recent changes that have come to DK i would like to bring some attention on the fact that guardian is missing a whole texture, in particular the detailed "skin normal map".

What's the difference? I'm not seeing it. 

Normal map is a separate texture file that gives information of its parent texture. So one image is the whole body (skin, undies etc) on a flat surface, just cut into an origami for the game engine to piece together. The normal map is similar but contains information visually like depth so to speak. The way it's done is by directing each pixel on where to go. Up,down,left,right etc...

With that said, you can use normals to immitate high res textures with lower res textures, so the second image looks pretty bad compared to the first one. It's like changing the settings from very high to medium.

If you click the images twice it opens the actual 4k picture (and not the thumbnail) so its much easier to see.

     We should have had proper textures from the begining. Also...still missing one exclusive underwear set lol

The biggest oofie let-down on Guardian is this google earth skin surface :c Looks great on the other classes :/
