A LOOOONNG time ago when the node war changes were in the works. Updated awakening cyrstals were introduced along with the upgraded special evasion ones. We got the special evasion crystals a while ago but did the devs forget about the awakening weapon ones?!
They got released on Korea a while back so with this post i can hopefully bring it to their attention and get them introduced soon

Given they aren't very strong, they should either be buffed, or the planed changes added.
While Attack Speed on items would be nice, it's a rather buggy stat give how trash the engine is, so I can see why they not added it.
Maybe doubling the damage bonus on it (from 5 to 10) would help.

they are there in korea, we just didnt get new olucas yet as they are part of new nw system (via rewards for winners), together with improved special evasion chest crystals.
