Guild storage permissions rework

In the past guild storage perms got reworked which was a step in the right direction, however they currently need more rework.

The current situation is that materials looted from sea monsters and used to craft ship parts can be retrieved by any member of the guild, even apprentices who are supposed to be on a trial period.

This, on top of a legal loophole in Kakao TOS, has lead to recurring abuse from several players for years: they join a guild, retrieve mats from the guild bank, turn the mats into items that can be marketted then leave the guild as soon as they listed items on the market.

This happened a high number of time last years, has been reported to Kakao staff which decided to do nothing against it because the TOS didn't see this as griefing.

This had caused many harm to be done to guilds, which in return lost trust towards new players, making for them a harder time to join guilds.

Therefore I kindly suggest that Pearl Abyss implements at least a restriction to all items so that members on a trial period aka apprentices cannot retrieve anything from the guild bank until they graduate to regular status. This would probably discourage potential thieves to only be able to commit their misbehaving only once every 15 days. Currently they are able to illegally earn about 100m-200m every 2 days with little efforts and at the expense of guilds who makes a lot of efforts to collect those mats.

Additionally, it would be appreciated that Pearl Abyss considers this kind of behavior illegal in regards to the game TOS and make guild hoping with the purpose of stealing from them a bannable offense.

Lastly, to all GMs and officers reading this, I kindly suggest starting putting all mats at risk into the hands of a trusty person and retrieve all of them from your guild bank so that those thieves cannot harm you. This kind of people are after stalker skins specifically but they usually destroy all items available to them out of spite if you bank doens't include what they are after.

Thanks by advance for your consideration and your future actions into making BDO a place where new players have a chance to join guilds and guilds aren't harmed by the misbehaving of some players.

this is one of those topics that NEED to be transferred from old forums to new.

Addressing this is essential for new guild content and growth.

How does this not have more attention? This is a legitimate problem.

I don't understand how joining a guild, raiding their guild storage and then immediately leaving it, and doing it across multiple guilds over time is not bannable behaviour.
