First of all, thank you for changing the option, that your Menu won´t close, when you get attacked! (I wished you can also add this feature to the whole setup-interface of the HUD/UI-Menu, picture below with some other issues stated)

BUT

with this implementation i CANNOT understand, WHY you have not implemented this important feature to the whole settings, and every aspect of the menu including the UI settings, etc.. I really cannot understand your intentions of doing only always half made-changes, and not bring something fully 100% working. Can´t be that hard or?... I mean if i do something, than before its released it has to be perfect. Sorry to say that..

I mean when i am in PVE zones, i want to change settings, but i cannot, because each times the stupid mobs make everything close and reset... You are running around with buffs, are in timepressure and you want it not to be set up each time over and over again, because mobs close your settings window.

AND (that works - my humanerror)

NOW to the main part of this topic.

THE STUPIDLY HALF DONE UI Settings

- I set up my 3 UI Pre-Settings (one for simplified, one for half simplified, and one with full infos)

- I bind them via QUICK-SLOT

- I want to use COMBAT UI

- AND I WANT TO RETURN IT TO NORMAL UI NOT COMBAT

- with returning to its normal UI out of combat (or vice-versa when switching to combat mode), it always resets the size and all or many settings... WTF!!!

I do NOT want to set up each time again my UI size, because of the NOT working wrong coded UI settings!

What is just wrong?! is it so hard to set up a correct coding for that, or that everything stays the same as it is, when you have set it up and saved?!

This whole process, each time to do it everyday over and over again, costs so much time and causes frustration and anger. If you can change the MAP to not close, than you can also fix this tiny other issues.. Imagine you have to set up every single day your work settings takes 15 min. This is just.. yeah.. i dont say anything further.. makes just mad..

Aside of that.. it is unbelievable that you were not able yet, to set up the code, of the settings to be saved for each char, especially the keybinds and for the startup-main-menu..

Not to forget to mention, that you each time have to open up again your storage and market maid, because the stupid menus each time close when you get attacked..

This is not comprehensible for me.. like making a MAP and other functions not to close on hits, but the more important stuff, like inventory, horse inventory, maid inventory, etc. all gets closed on hits.. WTF?! are you kidding? xD

I mean where is the logic behind that? Are you using the map in the combat zone? NO! But are you using the inventory in the combat zone? YES!

THAN WHY THE FU** NOT DOING IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND the implementation xD hope others have the same angry view of mine.. cheers have fun on fixing that issues

(that works - my humanerror)

My Storage Maid/Marketplace maids don't close when i get attacked?

Turning off Hide UI When attacked keeps that from happening.

That setting has existed for a very long time.

Thanks a lot for mentioning this picture, i had only one of the buttons deactivated. So for the storage/market maid function i have to apologize for giving half correct/wrong information. So this one works! (NOTE: The "Close UI When Hit" was added with update 1st. sept. 2021 - whereas as you mentioned, the storage/market maid "Hide UI When Attacked" may already for a long time there and i haven´t noticed it, so thats my fault)

- Nevertheless it doesn´t change the issues for the UI pre-settings for the UI-scaling, combat pre-set, etc. that they are messed up and/or going to reset most of the scaling and other UI setups to default, when pressing quickslots for "combat focus mode" and "disable mode" (also including when not pressing it via quickslot, so when pressing it inside the HUD/UI set-menu) (This issue is maybe connected to the Interface Settings, for the general keybinds, since they are not global and they are resetting for each newly created character)

- and the main menu (before even logging in into any char/server) global settings on the startup screen, when saving them (which is a issue for a long time already), are always reset to default

- and the issue of not having a global "Keybind"-safe (Interface Settings), where until now, you always have to set up each single keybing on every new char over again (even you have already made your keybinds on your previous character)

- And "Hide UI When Attacked", "Close UI When Hit" does not include the UI/HUD set-up-settings (example picture of what i mean, is above with the yellow, red, blue-rectangles)

I recall some people do have issues with the game not saving UI settings and resetting hotkeys.

Testing the combat mode/disable hotkeys it doesn't removing UI scaling for me but it does unhide the channel/time thing I've had hidden.

My UI is basically the default outside of me moving/hiding somethings( For testing I set scaling, uploaded settings, then restarted the game before I tested.) So since my UI isn't really super customized it will be harder for me to really notice things being fully reset.

Just incase after you set up the UI i recommend going to options - settings archive and uploading the settings.
