I want to craft elion's tear, as much and as fast as possible.

I read of the NPC in Caplheon, i know of tears of war...now what else i need and how fast can i get them on a regular basis?

100 Mystical Spirit powder + 1 tear of war.

Mystical spirit powder is by grinding spirit stones (kamasylvania mobs drop those or marketplace purchase)

Tear of war is exchange -shining medal of honor gotten by guild member performance in Node/Conquest wars-don't know about any other sources.

You also get one from RBF daily. I have shittons of it.

No point in crafting it really, I have hundreds of tears anyway, not like one would die from mobs normally, so unless you karmabomb someone you rarely use it.

I need them because of world boss, i dont want to build a boss alt.

If you craft them, it costs about 3m per ellion (not including the cost of tear). A boss barely drops like 10m on avarage. Not seem like a good trade m8.

Its more than just the cost of the materials for the tear. Its the opportunity cost of having to stop whatever you are doing and make your way to the boss in advance...since most normal bosses die in less than 4 minutes.  Its the freedom to not even have to worry about boss spawn schedules....just swap to your alt that's already parked there without skipping a beat from what you are doing/grinding on your main...as soon as  you see the boss spawn notification.  Then just swap back to pick up where you left off with your main.  Oasis gear + boss alt with no xp beyond their current level + pre positioned, definitely beats the alternative of wasting time and silver...plus you gain more silver from family fame.

Spartiates, I really wish I could just gift you all the elion's tears I am being given by the silly Black Spirit adventure board game.  I seldom ever use this item.  I know it is suppose to be an instant ressurection to jump back into battle.  I normally choose the teleport back to town and rethink my strategy.  However I could see where these could come in handy for limited time fights with a world boss.  I wasn't aware (until now) you could craft this item.   I wish you the best, but obviously they want to sell them.  My only advice would be to farm them from the board game, with a bit of luck and planning you can get these very often.  I just recently passed the 100th board.

If you're at 0% XP for your current level, you will stay at 0% XP when you die. You won't drop a level. However, you do risk crystals breaking every time you die to a boss (other than Vell), which you might not care about now, but you're likely to care about eventually.

It can certainly be easier to use your main for bosses (especially early on), but in the long run, you're going to want to use alts. Not only does it avoid the risk of losing crystals on your main, but it significantly reduces your travel time. Each season provides a good opportunity to get another character with a good set of gear who can then become a boss alt, or if you're in a hurry, you can rush a character to level 56 (or whatever level it is that you need to use oasis gear) and then use oasis gear on the character (though that will presumably no longer work once PA finally gets around to ending the oasis event).

Personally, I've found that PA gives away enough Elion's Tears that I always have enough. It's the blessings that I'd love to have more of. Regardless, if you need to use Elion's Tears frequently enough that you feel the need to craft them, you might want to rethink what you're doing, though if you're new, it might make sense to craft some. Alternatively, you can get some from the pearl shop or loyalty shop.
