After 4 days - reports about players still say registering.  When will you process these complaints?  Lots of racist trash going on in chat.

I'm starting to think support tickets in general are delayed. I sent an inquiry 3 days sgo and it's still registering.

I have same issue i send a ticket about my anti cheat system not loading up (when it used to work just fine before the switch) and it's been stuck on registering for 4 days now too! i cant even enter the game to get the log in rewards, let alone enjoy the events or play. This is the first time in my gaming experience where i do not recieve a reply within 48 hours. Kinda discouraging.

Seems pretty clear that they need to hire more staff. Unfortunately, "we will continue to reassess, improve, or modify our processes" sounds more like they are just telling the existing staff to work faster :-(

Any idea of the average answer time ?

Sent a ticket on friday morning and my ticket number was like 18k something, i guess there is a shitload of ticket before me

But ehh, i'd like to know when i'll be able to finally play, losing my main character during the transfer sucks a LOT

i sent one in 6 days ago and its still "registering" :/

EDIT: my ticket number is in 15000 so yea prepare to wait a long time >_<

The response time is much more worse compare to kakao which usually given response within 24hr.

Is there any way to request a ticket by expedited if it's easily solved like something item related? Hot time only happens once a year and would reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally suck to miss it.
