Some love for non seasonal players?

So, i dont want to create a seasonal character every time, i want to stick with my avatar and improve him constantly. It is an MMORPG so RP is a big part for some(many) players.
What do you devs do for me(us)? How are you easening also our gear path and PEN journey? Jetina is good but still expensive

Then just don't do Seasons? I never enhanced or grinded mats for PEN tuvala. Only leveling rewards was the reason I play season character . And I am pretty enough time on my main. So I don't see the problem here.
