I'd like to propose Aura collection for Vells and Garmoth heart, just at a much higher rate. We've all heard and seen players who have gone to almost ALL since inception (self included) and never received either, yet a new guildie goes first time and gets one only to quit the game a few months later.  If they offered auras for these but say you'd have to go the equivellent of every time for 2-3 years (just up the required aura count) it would reward players who are loyal and try. I realize they are supposed to be RNG, rare etc but SO many who don't seem to care or make effort end up with them while others try constantly, and it gets disheartening.  I realize making it ez to get high gear now and the occasional rare drop can help keep a new player in-game but some old timers are loyal and put in a lot of hours doing various life skills and just enjoying the game making it fun for everyone, yet dont JUST care to constantly grind to get money to buy these high dollar items.  Constant grinding or pvp etc just isn't the whole game for everyone.  These special drops would still be rare if people have had to go a significant number of times to get it, which is way more effort than just rng luck, and BDO chose to gift EVERYONE a red dragon baby that used to be considered special, rare, and expensive but isn't rare now, so its doable if they wanted to. 

Well, for Garmoth's Heart at least, they added a questline to get it. It's just that it ultimately costs enough silver that it probably makes more sense to buy it from the CM.

In general though, PA seems to be allergic to the idea of giving out rewards based on effort and instead prefer to give them out based on how lucky you happen to be. They have been making some changes with that due to player complaints, but fundamentally, they've set the game up to be based far more on luck than effort, though to an extent, the more effort you put in the more chance you have of getting lucky. It's definitely one of the worst aspects of the game IMHO.

I doing vell since release myself regularry and never got single drop same goes to Gamroth drop.

At least you can buy them :) But I'd like them to update garmoth drops as well, getting 1-3 crons feels kinda outdated.

then I would say yeah sure, go ahead.

Just beware that all the people are going to treat it just like the potion pity system.

Players will emerge saying: "Ive gone to garmoth for 4 years streight! and I have got nothing to show for it!"

Follow up with: "so now we are gunna get a pity system? ive killed garmoth 300+ times, I would have completed the heart by now if you had added this system earlier!"

Following up with: "this is bullshit, dont add the system, let everyone suffer"....
