The change simply applied a new pity system in which you can get small "fragments" of treasure parts with a higher drop rate, and you can combine them into the real treasure part. But the full drop is still possible, no change about this.
So even as a casual player, what is the thing you can't do now, that you could do before the change?

The Pity system seems scuffed either way, the drop rates for some of the parts are trash, i already had over 100 hours in cadry / kagtums for the Ash Half Moon, ive since done another 40 hours, including 50m tent buff, old moon scrolls , 2 x LS etc etc, in the mean time 2 of my guildies completed the pity peice after 4/5 days and one guildy dropped all 3 peices in 5 days while grinding, i spent 6-8 hours a day grinding cadry / kagtums while in quarantine and only reached 51 pity peices, infact during that time i completely blanked for 5 hours even with the 50% drop event on and old moon scrolls running, just seems meh, and by PA's logic after this event the drop cchances will go down another so im potentially looking at another 40-60 hours for one potion part. Fxxx my life right XD

Love that Narc's tear actually drops after getting close to completing the pity pieces, ever since starting during the spring before seasons started and corsair launched.

You can:
- Stop playing for a time to get access to Olvia servers and grind there.
- Use seasonal servers and grind there.
Also, PA added the event so there are more areas to farm the treasures so people will spread around. Will help a lot with the initial "rush".
As a final note I will say this: (and IMO is actually very important) with the new pity system people will get the potion and move to something else, so eventually will be easier to farm that stuff. Good to remember that we can turn off our LS and do something else this time around.
I'm not a fan of the current open world PvP they have, not because I got killed (get feed to mobs sucks), but sometimes I really want to do something and I can't so I get you. However, is the way the game works, when I can't dealt with it I just stop playing and do something else.
Up to PA to decided if they want to stick to the current format or try something else since everytime I leave there is chance I won't return.
Try to have fun and gl with the potion grind.
Developers don't want people going back to Olvia to grind even though it remedies a lot of the toxic shit you get with this game and it's PvP (You will never ever see a Elvia Olvia server option). This one of the most logical thread post in here so far and would work for someone that didn't sit on their ass all day playing this game calling it "WORK", playing a video game is never ever "WORK".
Developers don't care, aka " give a shit" because they would have thought this out better before implementing than making the concious choice of getting fed metrics and then sand papering the content that players are bitching and arguing over everytime they do change it without good reason. Again, the best thing to do is leave and come back every 30 days to play only on Olvia or seasons but people too busy thinking they missing something in this game.
