Mediah Trash loot is the worst region. The turn X amount in for a 1m gold bar makes the trash loot of Mediah junk. Helm's Golems, Soldier's Grave, Sausans, Elric Shrine, Manes, Rogues, and Abandoned Iron mine all have that mechanic that requires an extra step to turn in the trash loot. Sausans and Soldier's grave are the worse because there are 3 types of trash loot you can turn in at each spot to turn in to gold bars.
They may be paving the way for Elvia Realm Mediah. Elvia Calpheon is next, then Mediah, is what I'm assuming, so maybe they buffed Valencia since it's a long ways out on top of the community asking for Valencia spot buffs since forever. Speculations.
