I see where you are coming from but you also have to consider that a Donkey's max speed IRL is only about 15-25 MPH and isn't really meant for running like that due to it's short legs and general build whereas a horse can do 40+ MPH. Ik that it's a game where horses are running at like 70+ MPH but still
I don't think it's important to be realistic in a world where combat uses magic and women can climb mountains in heels by just jumping.
Donkey could be slow for every other class and fast for Shai because their bond is magical... or something like that.
Anyone that has played their Shai for any length of time probably has a ton of unusable skill points (I currently have almost 300 unusables). For something like 150 give us a Donkey Mastery passive buff or something similar.
I'd certainly like to see Donkey's speed improved. As a lvl 49 Shai, I'd prefer not to have to grind for skill points and be gated if it was a skill passive. I enjoy riding my Donkey and even on longer trips tend to take her with me instead of a horse, but a speed boost is certainly needed to keep people interested in using their Shai donkey.
+1
the special donkey type should be as fast as a T8.... this was already an oversight.
+1
the special donkey, fully leveled and skilled out should be at LEAST as fast as a fully leveled and skilled T8 horse.
We are not asking for dream donkey's or anything.... jeez.
Give back those donkey wings <3

When Shai was launched the Donkey was all she could ride. They also had a big race with Donkeys (an event) so you had to buy gear for it, and level it up to take part in the event, plus have a ride for Shai. After they got us to spend money on the thing, they let Shai ride horses. Seemed like a big scam at the time, but they said they would make it good so the Donkey would have speed like the horses. That has not happened of course. My donkey sits in the stable now sadly.
