First suggestion is obvious. What PC game in 2021 doesn't have a v-sync option? Why wasn't this already included when the game came out?
It would solve issues where ppl have issues with fps locking up which is an old issue with the game and the only go to solution is usually to use Nvidia profile inspect to disable ingame v-sync.
I understand not everyone has this issue but it's prominent enough to come up everytime there's a "bdo optimisation guide".Pearl abyss needs to be proactive and fix this issue by applying a v-sync option of their own which is about damn time tbh.
Second is the fact that this game just can't handle a certain number of cores/HT.Again,this comes up in pretty much every "Bdo optimisation guide" out there and it works,so why not do something like tarkov did and add an ingame way to select which cores to disable/enable so the game can run better?Again, subverting the need for a 3rd party software to make the game "work" properly.
Another obvious solution which is probably the costlier method is to update the engine so it can properly use the cpu cores/Threads.Need I remind Pearl abyss 8+8 cores cpu's are becoming the norm these days?Again,be proactive. (technically any CPU with HT suffers from this issue)

What ?
being in the 11% is not the * norm *.
6 core I would have said * OK * since its where its will be in 4-5 years, but 8 absolutely not.
Most people have PCs that are over 5-6 years old. Ryzen didn't even exist yet. Most people have still on a good old 4770k/variante.
and even today the 3300x type CPUs are extremely popular and are quickly sold out because of the ultra attractive price.
Especially since the more you go up in resolution. the less the number of cores matters.

Should have said becoming the norm.Ppl with 4770k would also benefit from any improvement because it also uses HT.(any cpu with HT would technically benefit from fixing this issue)
Also,my point still stands. There's an issue with how the game uses cpu cores/threads.
EDIT:fixed the main thread.
