There are really fed up with guys who gripe and karmabomb they would be time to change this outdated system that penalizes people who defend themselves, so please allow any guild to war without restriction, guild protection will limit it to you. at 530 gs maximum (this must take into account the equipment equipped and present in the inventory), divide the loss of karma by 10, when a karmabomb player after 5 deaths he is sent to town, if he returns to the hour and who dies again by the same person he must be banned from the server for 1 hour (e.g. he is on calpheon 5 he dies 5 times he is sent to the city, he comes back he dies again he is banned from calpheon 5 during 1 h).

To shake things up I invite the Bdo community to send a ticket to support each time you grieve and karmabomb, put the player's name and a screen of the dead with it. The rack might be crowded but what's on these that PA will be forced to do something about if everyone's full

Yes it's time to change this outdated system. Open free pvp should be removed from game because = toxic.

We have 6 channels per region so 5 pve only and 1 arsha for pvp and problem solved.

The community knows. The devs know the flaws of Karma too from what I have seen. However I am not sure, what this karma system is going to be replaced with, if it's gone. There have been many topics about it and they all bring one and same heated "debates". On the other hand it made me think a bit of what you suggested. I will try to think about it from different perspectives, before coming with an answer(when I have more time). I promise to come back to you.

Then this isn't the game for you, because it's too hard. It's not designed that way to be without owpvp. Why not try other games which don't have open world PvP?

There really is not any solution to the current karma system. That PK hungery players that like to grief and gatekeep would like. However I can think of three off the top of my head.

- Nerf the karma system hard, and implement max PvP only AP and DP caps for every area of the game. That way high geared players can't gatekeep newer or weaker players in the game at lower end spots. Very few people want to join a Forced PvP MMORPG that been out for over 6 years. Just to be curbed stomped at every avenue by players with at least double their total stats at noob spots. Kinda what happened in Tera when that Dev team got nerfed the penalities for PKing.

- Turn every 5th channel in each server group to Arsha without the drop rate buff. This would allow to give more players that don't like the current the option to play without it. You getting fed up with the Karma system on normal channels? Just switch to a PvP channel with no drop buff. And have fun removing other players from your spot with impunity.

- Have the Devs artificially raise the GS of the 90% to be within fighting distance of the top 90 percentile. This way people can't have the excuse of hiding behind the karma system because of the aforementioned. Which will give these Devs actually room to revise the current Karma system.

we must not remove the pvp we must change the karma system to protect the pvp players who defend their spot against griefer and karmabomber, toxic players especially the pve boy who comes grieff on the spot and karmabomb.

The problem with new players is that he comes to the best areas and annoys everyone to go to the best spot. When we started the game if we couldn't go to the best spot or the best grind area we went to another area, to another spot, the desert area we were up, Elvia naga and fogan area exists but they are empty so you can make 300 Million easy.

Why the old players should see their gs caper, our stuff we deserved, not like the new players who arrive on the game full tet with a jewel pen, all the farts, we did not have all that, the new ones players cry as they arrive on the game and they just have the clicks pen to do, it took us between 3 and 4 years to get full tet and start the pen

How many times we need explain it to you? THIS IS NOT YOUR SPOT!

Attacking players who don't want pvp and who don't stand a chance, this is griefing.

Game offer you solution: ARSHA channel. Go there and defend "your spot" even for whole day.

Nothing's solved, it will simply shift the problem. There would be servers with endless ks, servers with endless return of players after a defeat, and no more server with regulated owpvp. 

I fully agree with the first sentence. 
The following sentences are meh...unknowns. You can't know if the other player is lower ilvl than you and can't stand a chance against you untill you start fighting him. And you would think that he is at least the required ap for the zone you are in but here in lies the problem. Not all zones are equally profitable even at the required ap. So it's more of a larger game issue at play here.  

So why season don't have pvp and maaaany player play on season channels just for this reason.

I am going to share my own thoughts as promised:

I agree that there shouldn't be any restrictions in declaring war or a guild. Because one can quite easily exploit this advantage. How? For example:
I am going to grind mobs at one place and minding my own business. I remain there for a while and someone comes to my grinding place and doesn't even consider me being there(even after giving him a warning or trying to resolve a dispute peacefully-whatever you chose). Therefore he begins to intentionally kill steal the mobs I wanted to eliminate and ruining my rotation. I want to ask those, that are saying: "This is not your spot".

Yes-you for example. One can claim it for the time being, until he/she is finished. Have you ever heard of following some kind of ethics? If not, be prepared to face conscequences. You kill the mobs in my rotation repeatedly and intentionally ruining my grinding process you'll get what you deserve. This is a definition of a toxic PvE-er such as you. Also, (never happened to me before) if you tried to KB me(yes-unsportsmanlike), I will know it and let my own guild to know before hand and see what we can do in this situattion. :)

To Demago: The rest of the suggestions seem... Interesting on first sight, but I need to put more thinking there than I thought.
