We did have maintenance, which normally comes with an update. It's highly abnormal that there was no update, but I didn't see any patch applied when starting the game today, and looking at the update log, it doesn't look like any patches were applied. So, it looks like PA didn't actually update anything this week for whatever reason.

I see. Oh well, that explains it.
I'm hoping that they'll make the scroll UI stick instead of hide and reset in position every time you swap characters when its off.
