The notice feature built into the game and chat should be limited to hotfixes, vital information, maintenance, etc. It's currently being used as an advertisment for Twitch and other notifications. These advertisments are being spammed throughout the day. This is simply not the proper use of this channel.
Please advertise these services, events, or otherwise through a more appropriate location such as the website, twitter etc.

No no, obviously you gotta let wannabe game designers with an expertise coming from Youtube dictate how professionals should use their own communication tools.

I think they are using it perfectly, informing people of required details especially during the transfer which required information to be known for everything to transition smoothly.
