Has anyone found out yet how to reach this NPC?
He is near mirumok. But I just cannot find a way to him/her/it.
And that questionmark on my map has been bugging me for YEARS.

The NPC has likely moved. As I recall reading an NPC in Calpheon shows a question mark while being located in Grana.
