Its a real travesty that active fishing is so poor in BDO.
PA, can we get Manos Harpoon and Manos Fishing Rod please? and make active fishing decent atleast?
The original idea of having a fishing boat and totems and such.... its ancient.
Revive this content.....

There is already enchantable fishing poles. If they woudl add manos, they would kill those.

I really haven't seen any thorough comparison between active fishing and other events but I don't doubt there is an imbalance. I think,
a) continuing to add some new big/rare/prized fish to various (all) areas, and
b) releasing more quest content for fishing with significant/meaningful rewards/story,
would both be a be ideal over adding new/improved equipment to help catch from the mostly uninspiring fish tables currently in-game.
It would be really nice if they improved/updated the fishing boat and totems, to make them desireable to use for fishing. But there is so much content in the game that has been left behind due to uneven development over the years; it would be a huge job to address.

A +15 manos tool is 100 mastery, so a fishing chair is a +15 item, we need Pri-Pen Fishing chairs then.
An ice container you can use as a seat and stores/stacks a limited amount of fish and keeps it fresh for longer lol
