Updates for the following within one year.

New mastery Gear 

Trading Cane or coin-equip to main hand buffs trade mastery.

Manos Frying pan-buffs cooking mastery

Manos fishing rod-buffs mastery and increases the amount of fish caught at once 5fish at 2k. 2-3 at 1k.

Manos mastery farming gear-signed old grumpy farmers of justice.

Also add mastery to the life skills without this is really fucked up man. How you gonna do them dirty just make it and if it sucks balance it later but just start give them something to play for man two years without any update is really sad. 

Workers-change them up a bit I think some new skills and buffs and change how promotion works. Remove the limits of promotions and increase the speed to finish should just be a fast roll. To give or take not wait one day to try again.

Click on workers and see on available nodes for them to work on. This new UI would fix the issue of nodes and workers. The map is to big to find every single node you own it's a waste of time. Click worker see vacant nodes in one box click that to send simple fast and easy for the player. You will need this in the future if you add new maps the world will be to good Damm big by then to not have it.

Add some nodes for the high demand mats that players need specially for cooking.

im sure there more but something to give you a boost. We're moving into a higher silver gaining era and it's only gonna go up. So give these items player seek.

Pepper node-this would be no brainer please don't make this only from farming not everyone farms and some still need this would help a lot it grows would be fit for garden node of some sort.

Enhancement system changes

I don't mind failed tet pen even losing gear but there is one thing that sucks the most about enchanting. Failing tri and going pri. The struggle and waste of resources going for duo is absurd at points. Remove reset to pri make tri harder to land on normal gear not acc. 
this way people can keep clicking to get try and get a tet click in. The duo to pri is the absolute worst part about enchanting the amount of waste that comes from it is crazy. Nothing wrong about being hard to get but losing progress hurts so much. This would make it easier to get tri with a lot less waste and the extra tet clicks spice up the enchanting. Can adjust numbers slightly if change is made screen going back to pri really ruins the system. No need for extra wastes. I mean your giving free tet boss gear now a days the game is definitely more casual friendly now this would work. Also if u ever add new enhancement after pen this would make more sence you would want players reach pen for new bracket to try new content.

Daily challenges in all grind zones non seasonal. Basically same thing like in season for non season go to grind spot kill few 100 get a item reward to be claimed on screen. Reset daily and add a weekly challenge. Could reward gear that drops in location like a cresent ring after you kill few 1000. Or give blackstones.

Make older content better make more simple UI interactions polish polish polish. You have a great game here the growth is there if changes are made. If you asked me few years ago I would say this game would die soon. But honestly the way it's been going it's so much better then the old Bdo it's really improved so much from launch better game and hope to see more fun down the road.

Im only one voice of the dozens of dozens for as long as I play this game I'll always write stuff here on the forums. If you go back to few years ago a lot of the stuff I said then was added not everything but few good things were. Let me help you help myself to enjoying the game even more.
