XP for doing sea quest seems very low

At Master 3 at sailing i am getting for doing 10 sea quest were you get XP from them is only .86 so .086 per quest xp for only being Master 3 seem low and being you get so little xp from going out to sea it may be less then riding a horse.
This was deleted by the writer.

Those buffs don't affect exp rewards from quests
