Guys, most of you reading this are responsible for teaching new players the right moves in BDO. Mentoring at every chance you get will greatly increase the positive BDO culture that we all want in-game and on the forums. 

More and more people are still calling the new and upcoming steady PEN system the "free" pen....

THERE IS NOTHING "FREE" ABOUT IT

Stop calling it free.

Once players get around to discovering what this event is all about- using this terminology will just cause more problems. 

"Free" pen acc it's not free.

Same as new "free" pen boss gear will not be free. 

Both are epic fail because they require enormous financial outlays for items with no value that cannot be sold when the PA decides that it introduces further "meaningful changes".

If anyone reading this has a popular and common misinformation about BDO- then please share in a forum response here below. 

Most of us are using the word "Guaranteed". "Free" is for those usual clickbaits and sadly, it works. 

The only reason it is an epic fail is that i was not just handed to you or "Free".

I use the word Guaranteed, after 4 years of playing BDO the struggle to get full PEN is no joke. The financial toll it takes to get to full PEN be it through Enhancement or Buying out right is around 100 bil depending on the set or 75 bil through this new method IF YOU BUY IT ALL FROM THE MARKET.
The difference here is that you can put in your own effort to produce the mats Necessary to bypass almost 40% of that cost.

I will use the PEN accessory as an example i do a majority of my grinding between Orcs and after they updated Valencia i now am ginding there more. From the min i started working tword my Pen acessory Mats i obtained almost 80% of the mats for it within 5 weeks and was finished with all mats before my last quest was taken to get the PEN total cost to me was just the old moon mats were they expensive? Sure but so is a PEN Cresent guardian ring. My pen cost me 4.6 bil liquid silver current market value is 49 billion.. yes if i purchased all mats it would of cost me like 14 bil BUT i generated 100% through daily activities playing BDO.

This new method for 7 peice Pen Boss is the same exact thing, could you purchase direct in the market ABSOLUTELY some of the 3rd and 4th Tier Pen Boss will not be worth doing this method due to the increase cost per PEN made but the 1st  two or three will be 100% WORTH THE $$$$ in savings.

If you dont have Pen boss and you are crying about the cost, wont use this method to make your 1st set you have no intention of advancement in BDO unless its "Free".

On a side note, Senemedar whole posting history is also a common source of misinformation. I don't know about popular tho :)

Nope. Free = do quest, collect "event" black stone powder, exchange them for pen acc.

If I need pay 80% mp pen acc price for "mats" for "free" pen it's not free.

I think much of the animosity around these "free" items is from people who already made or bought PEN armors.  Having each PEN armor you own suddenly being devalued between three to six billion silver each because of this new system doesn't make people happy about the effort it took to obtain these items.

Free is BDO Gambling Addicts way of saying you didn't gamble for it.

Its 2021 I wish those people would just move on to a new casino. There are hundreds fo gacha games they can play & not get the 5 star waifu jpeg they want. Their constant need for disappointment, suffering, time wasting & humiliation has been a thorn in BDOs side since Valencia came out.
