New BDO content is coming you vile creatures, BUT anyone with a high IQ would understand that class changes/reworks are the most important thing before all NEW content, ready for Ranked Arena and Ranked Battlegrounds. Having a weak class in ranked or new PvP Content would be stupid... Just be patient..

BDO is getting better and better with each new patch and PA are doing their best, if you can't see that then you have the IQ of a Turnip..

1, The classreworks already proved to be a massive failure, and the weak classes still remain trash, while they buffed the overperforming ones even more.
2, No ranked battlegrounds was planed.

Ballancing would be logical before adding PvP content, but to bad PA showed their fat middle finger in this already...

I wouldn`t worry about BDOs population as long as it stays over 10k here.

I had a guild full of 10-20 irl people back then. I think I'm basically the only one left now. They all left due to no endgame pve co-op actually. Not the pvp. I love the game due to its pvp, but I have to say, yeah having a pve would keep me interested. Might be unpopular opinion, but it's what kept my buddies from playing, and several others from joining in the first place. Solo progression just isn't that fun to play. Me and my buddies still play other games like Halo, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, WWZ, and several other games. Again, my numbers is a small statistic and probably shouldn't be considered, but that is just my two cents on why most of my buddies irl left/didn't join BDO.

I'll personally just be doing dailies for free PEN, because running around in circles for infinite potion piece is tedious as heck. I'd just rather be doing something better with my time, unless they want to offer me something else to do endgame.

Also, I think BDO population will grow, I don't think there will necessarily be an "Exodus" It's not a bad game, just not a perfect one atm. I don't think I know too many games that are even near perfect. Revamps are priority and I prefer not to rush them. I am looking forward to the revamps, personally.

IDK where PA is at with this currently, but I remember a group PvPvE end-game content called Thornwood Castle, or somehting like that, they talked about.  IDK if it's a zone or mode, or if they scrapped it, but basically, you farm mobs / bosses and have to compete with other players for them.  Sounded cool at the time, and you need gear / skill, hence, end-game co-op. 

Hopefully they can pull off some compelling content for us after the class re-tweaks.  Lots of competition right now, Lost Ark is looking AMAZING.  Wondering what PA has up their sleeve for this game.

by the looks of it, they are capping more endgame content.

which is kind of nice, that means we can entirely stop going for any progress, stop grind, stop lifeskill and just casually log in for some meaningless unbalanced pvp for the lolz.

and pick a different game instead that offers some incentive and long-term motivation.

PA entirely abandoned veteran players and is 100% catering to "new adventurers". If they want to turn their game into a casual game where you're done after 1 week, then so be it.

They are bringing their piss poor ''''''reworks"""" to counter it, that only made already overperforming classes even stronger, surely that will help.... help Lost Ark sales LMAO

So pathetic, they wasted a half year pushing everything back in favor of class reworks, hyping up the ppl in the process, and it ended up being so garbage, that it's actually amazing at this point. They did axe Crimson Desert, and some ppl speculated that they move those devs to bdo to "fix" it, but looking at the reworks, that was probably done by a single intern guy, mostlikely they moved their devs to DokeV already kek.

Their next quarterly report gonna hit "big" for sure, they put sale after sale 1k+1k pearl free, free for new/returning, 6.6k+6.6k pearl free, just buy, anyone buy pleas lmao :DDDD

go increase the P2W in west aswell, like in Kr a week or so ago, that may help boosting the numbers :)

It seems that ODIN: Valhalla Rising, a another very sucesfull game in Korea going to release in 2022 Q1/Q2 in the west, if Lost Ark alone would be not enough. And that game will be more close graphics wise to bdo than LA is....

BDO is in trouble and will continue to lose players because the ones making the decisions at PA doesn't play their own game. There is so much potential with this game, but they don't even see it because they don't play their own game.
