If you listen to her, you'll know when to stop moving, she sings at different speed but she always say the same "words", so the end of her song is totally predictable.
Based on that, your only goal is to make sure you completely stop moving just before the end of the song.

The random sound NPC have no inpact of when she will turn around. She have turned around on while she was making the last sound. She also have turned on me 2 seconds after she made the last sound. Her "song" have almost no indication of when she will turn.

If you stand still when the mini game appears, the mini game won't suddenly show you a cursor moving at high speed as soon as it appears. The only random thing here is to know if you'll have to do clic left/right or up/down.
I do stand still when event beings. At balance meter still gives absolutely random placement when I have to stop. The only random things here is that meter is abolutely random: start placement, power of a push, left/right or up/down, etc.

Congratulations of your RNG. You must be so proud about getting lucky. I too have completed it this week, after few hours of bad RNG. Looks like I am way more patient than you, so, please, keep this advice to yourself:

Sure, call my luck when there's nothing random except left / right clic OR up / down.
I did it the first week at the fourth try . I did it the second week at the first try. As you did it, you should know that one successful try still means several songs and mini games. But sure, pure luck.
Don't spread misinformation, and just put a recording of your attempts so we can tell you what you did wrong.

Wow, who are you trying to fool? Pretty much most of people in here treid this even and everybody know that everything about this event is RNG: where your meter starts, what yuo get to push, when will NPC turn around ,etc.

i think pa need to name that house of horror (house of rage)
more cuz of that ghost with red lamp. that sack of shit is stuck in a place that i have to use it to go and it causes me lost 11 times
a small lag that u can't even see will kill u its like normally when u close to a ghost for 2 feet it kill u but with that small lag a ghost kill u in 6 feet distance

Remember when Shais were just able to walk through everything in this dungeon? And get everything lit up when you changed channels inside the dungeon? I remember.

Kuno/ninja used to be able to buy a few extra seconds when caught by teleporting. but now you get insta-tele'd before you land when you caught
