So I haven't logged in today yet, but I read the patch notes.  I just want to say tp the developers, wow, you devs went above and beyond this year.  I hope to see more creative events like this!  Great job with this event, devs.

I read here that there are some bugs.  Maybe better quality control was needed, but I'm sure you guys can fix the bugs.  And can use that knowledge to deliver the next event without bugs on future creative events like this Halloween.

Overall, I am pleased with the direction of these "bigger" events, like Halloween 2021, it's fresh, creative, new, and well-themed.  Plus, so many goodies!  Free outfit box, free things to help us with our grind sessions, free guaranteed PEN mats...and much more.  I like the new Black Spirit Dice Board as well.  Great job, you guys.  Thanks for supporting us players.

I hope you can iron out the bugs, if there are any.  In future events, seeing this Halloween gives me great confidence that future "big" events (like holidays), will be fresh, exciting, and well-themed.  From the pictures, Marni's Lab Event looks awesome.  Don't let the overly negative posts get to you, you probably know how our community can be.  Just know your efforts are not wasted -- Events done with creativity in mind is a GREAT addition to the game, and I appreciate your work. 

The first event that is locking EVERYTHING else isn't even remotely enjoyable to begin with...even if the bloody thing WORKED like it says it's suppose to...which it doesn't.  There shouldn't be wait times to start and event...nor should they have locked the events behind just ONE.  Have a chains of them...sure...but they should have had most of them open so we can do what we want when we want.  This is by FAR the worst event they have done.

It's not shilling lol, it's encouragement.  Imagine being a dev for this community, who whines 24/7 and insults them at any chance they get. 

I'd be like, "Screw them, they wanna be d***heads, they can have copy pasta events like before."  But that's why I 'aint a dev, because I don't have to worry about a bottom line that forces me to coddle these whiney children.

This is mearly an attempt to be like, "Hey devs, you're doing something right.  Might not be perfect, but it's in the right direction.  Keep the creative juices flowing, improve as you go, and deliver us a more polished BDO every year.  Some of us believe in you"

I hear 'ya.  I'll be going to the event this weekend when I got more time.  After work I only have a couple hours to play, so I just grind mobs or rbf.

Hopefully they take the feedback from this event and apply it to Chirstmas or something.

This event is terrible. Not only is it broken but you get griefed at every opportunity. To think even at level < 50 you can get PvP'd out of the event. I created a thread surrounding this but staff deleted it. They should have thought this event through.

I have been playing it and honestly? I think it's pretty good. The design is nice, the minigames are fun once you get a hang of it (protip, stop before the Shai says "da" as she'll turn around almost immediately after that) and the quests being weekly is pretty cool so that you don't burn yourself by not doing it daily.

My gripe with the event is that you can be PK'd in House of Horrors and some text inconsistencies. You won't die, but your pumpkin morph can be killed which can be extremely annoying if somebody is bored enough to keep trying to hinder you to do the quest.

At this point it's more of a House of PVP. No. Not Players vs Players. PvP as in, Pumpkins vs Players. It's a miracle if you can get away unscathed.

In any case, thanks for the event~ It looks really good. Love the Marni design and the music.
