They doubled to quadrupled everyones grind income already.

Think about it, my season character which is a "new player" with all the new free gear, caphra buff and VAL trash loot update can make 150-200m/hr outside of agris let alone agris which not so long ago would be considered high-end money. I can make ~300m/hr comfortably on my free gear mae with agris as well - including the prices of caphras, scrolls, map/compass MP pieces etc.

WE DID NOT NEED THIS PEN QUEST SYSTEM. It's ruined the market for people wishing to enhance and engage in other activities.

Seriously, you can buy a pen boss piece now every 2-4 weeks if you actually play the game a couple hours a day at most.

The other argument of "Avoiding fail enhancing" is void because the SUPPLY of ALL Pen boss gear is healthy and floating between 12-16b.  So you just 100% buy it from the MP, while also not absolutely dumping material supply for other avenues for the game.

If pen boss gear could not be bought it would be like GARMOTHS heart situation in KR. Just a way to get it 100% without waiting on preorders.

Regardless, the market will settle but who knows when. It's still only a week old. Enhancing is now only a "If you want to gamble to fast-track" the game has not needed enhancing in a LONG time, I am testament to how easy it is just to buy.

The thing is once you crunch the numbers you realise you're better off buying the PEN gear instead of going through this guaranteed pen thing because it will cost you sensibly the same. In fact in some cases it will cost you more to go through the guaranteed pen process. So as per usual.... buying is once more superior to enhancing.`But of course..if evryone realised this, i wouldn't have any pen to buy.

I just dont unstarnd the Dev mentality of BDO. dont get me wrong i love this. but really magic crital why in the 7 hell you add in for. there lot of of other item we can get from kill rift bosses like dark spirit greed or ancient spirit dust

Ancient spirit dust = caphras. It would be stupid to waste them on those "guaranteed PENs"
