Please give us an option to turn off the low health FX that turns the boarders of our screen red when low on health. Could even give multiple warnings but it needs to be removed. It blocks a good part of my screen and impares my gameplay. I won't even begin to do harder content till that garbage can be removed. I almost died because it blocks so much of the screen that it is actually a hazard and distracts me far more then an OP enemy ever does.

Please give an option to remove it.

Honestly I have been waiting for this option since forever. I don't even see what purpose does it serve other then just to annoy players. Blur is too strong and it messes up both sound and visuals. I understand it is because it has to give you the ''oh sh!t'' reaction, but then you get redy to run or play safer and you just can't even see where you are going. 
It also appears way too soon. I prefer looking and monitoring my HP bar on my own, don't need a huge warning that keeps bothering me.
I really, really hope we get an option to remove this. There is lots of things we can customise regarding visuals, so why not this as well.

Big Support. It's one of the first options I searched in settings when I started to play BDO few months ago.

The only work-around I found is fighting with interface  hidden (ctrl-U) and I fight in this way regularly, but doing this with challenging enemies (for my actual AP/DP - 242/305, I play in season) like in star's end and thornwood forest is too risky.

The Low Health Warning makes my eye uncomfortable and makes focusing much more difficult. I would greatly appreciate it if they could allow us to disable this as literally every other game MMORPG, RPG, FPS and MOBA allows you to disable it.

This should be considered an Acessibility setting as it messes with the player's eyes. It has been 5 years and I'm shocked that the Koreans haven't suggested this to the developers.

This feature has always been frustrating to me. If anything it makes those situations where you are low HP and need to focus worse because the visual effects are distracting and for some can cause increased levels of panic and anxiety. I have always wanted to be able to disable this feature and I hope it can be an option for us soon.

I am Adding MY REQUEST to give us option to turn it OFF. 

Moreover if it may be turned on for new players, it sould be automatically turned off by skiping tutorial at the beggining (tbh  I dont know if it is still a thing u keep). Why we want that option to be removable? Becouse prons of this option are minicore and often only for new players who dont track their life, and cons are immerse, it is just awful and frustrating at last for me.

0 = off  ------------------------  100 = opaque (like it is)

I don't mind that it's there but it needs to be like 5% instead of 100% I died quite frequently due to this blinding effect
