We need 360 why short us with 115 weekly? Would rather not have to hunt karanda spawns every time seems weird to short us from the weekly to need to do that already takes three weeks for that.

Already too easy for these PEN boss gears. Have to do a couple of World or Field bosses if we want it in 3 weeks. Doesn't seem too hard of an ask.

Of course. But it's PEN, it'll be worth the wait if you don't have the time to gather them in 3 weeks.
You only really have to find one spot that drops yellow Black Magic crystals. With recent buffs to Valencia, you'll be getting tons of silver and scrolls that will help as well.
