The entire progress through adventurer log is stopped by needing to kil a boss that spawns TWICE A WEEK?!?!?!?

And according to the F2 in game info, he spawns at 8:15pm Tue/Thu nights? What if you work or have any other family commitments at a very normal weekday evening time?

Yes, this task is annoying! It should be changed somehow.

I guess this task should introduce Boss-killing to players. BUT my experience is frustration. I got Berserker with PEN Tuvala gear, I was hitting him, I died about 10times, luckily there was another 10+ players. Quint was killed when I was in respawn area. Luckily I was able to pickup loot and finish task. Never again..

You don't need to kill him, just hit him and wait until either others kill him or he despawns.

Well, yes.  It might take a while to fit this into your schedule.  

You're new here, maybe you haven't heard the common BDO saying, "it's not a race, it's a marathon".  Maybe that's bit different from what you are used to.

how about ppl who has to work during those respawn time? are we supposed to take a vacation leave just to finish this quest? XD

they need to remove this crap or at least increase the respawn rate.
