It's because PA literally did more "evil" than good implementing that weird base "underwear" for Shai. Every single costume is made for a KR base model so no wonder that on EU/NA server costumes for Shai looks weird - also outfits for Shai are not excessively revealing so it's crazy. Children in real life are not wearing leggins as their underwear and that's completely normal and it should be. You try to protect children by giving this class such a "protective" underwear yet it only makes people think that a normal underwear for kids should be considered sexual.
I'm glad Shais are getting some normalcy to their outfits. I understand the concerns but having seen other regions these changes seem to be going in the right direction. Since we don't know the full example of the change, I can't say how impactful it will be but anything is better than nothing at this point.

lol one of the really messed up things is for somereason when the censorship was added to na/eu it also removed the abiltiy ot have heterochroma eyes for shai..
i miss my orginal shai eyes sooo much 
I agree Shai's eyes should be able to show two different colors and I do hope it is included in this reduction in censorship.
