Manor - Cannot Wear Undergarments

Just flagging this issue. The Manor seems to be in a safezone and you can shock your Manor attendant in your underwear, but when actually going inside the option doesn't work at all.
I'm sure it's intended that we can wear our underwear in our own homes, and the house seems to be in an area flagged a safe zone.
