Hi,

Since the palette update my Dye window looks like the included screenshot below, no matter what character or computer or monitor I'm on. As you can see the button to confirm (Dye) is off the bottom of the screen and I can't move anything to get it back. The only thing that works is to go into settings and reapply my display resolution, but I have to keep doing it everytime I log out or change characters.

I'm running on 1400x900 windowed fullscreen resolution but it worked fine up until Wednesday's update and as noted above will fix itself if I just reapply it.

I didn't see this in known issues so am reporting it in hopes it's just a glitch that can be hotfixed.

I think this unfortunately is yet another example of how badly the Black Desert UI scales (and how bug-riddled it is in general). PA really need to throw the entire interface out and start again from scratch. I hope they fix your problem.

A lot of games unfortunately would use Adobe Flash for the UI in their games. Flash is no longer supported and an alternative will need to be used, whether it's an in-house solution or third party. I agree that the UI needs an entire overhaul, there were so many things added to the game that navigating and using things has become more of a chore trying to find it than anything.

Updating the UI will be a big challege for them to tackle, not only do they have to likely change the technology used behind it, but also design something that will be in some ways, future-proof. But at least it's likely going to use less resources and be more responsive without Flash if they do use flash. ;)
