Question is whether the bonus does not work correctly or it is just the old description that somebody forgot to update. My bet would be on latter but it is hard to test. Difference between 10% and 30% bonus is absolutely minimal to bare eye but crucial to long term.
PA should give us statement.

Mine says 30% on the active VP (playing on german language pack)

So I have 111 Days left of value pack on and it says combat/skill/life/mount EXP +10%.
Do I literally have to buy new Value Packs to get the 30%?! If that's the case that's pretty dumb.... i'd feel robbed...
Update: Market's under maintenance and VP is not listed, but it shows in pearl shop for the 30d one it has market value. I believe they are aware of an issue with VPs and hopefully whatever they are doing will fix this for us.
Are you getting an item collection scroll every day from it?
