Suggestion:
Please Let players choose the passive they want from a list of generic passives that are same and available for all classes, and make passive value changes according to that. So that players can choose the passive they want from whatever build they want on the class.

Agreed, it's clear as day that PA have no clue about what they doing, so ballance wise the best would be if players could pick.

I think thats what they should too. Give every class the same choice for passives and we get to choose two that we want.
