Guilds are important for this game. Without them it would be a dead game. Guilds make players stick around longer when making new friends.
However its just lackluster in what it needs.
Daily and weekly challanges that reward guild funds for tasks beaten by guild members. Such has kill 10k monsters or gather such and such.
New guild mission systems allow you to customize the mission you pick.
Aka What area or all region and small medium or large. Also adjust the prices of the rewards should definitly be higher.
Guilds need set goals for players to complete with rewards for what they have accomplished. Just makes it better and doesnt seem to be impossible to implemet. Pearl Abyss has made some serious progress in last few years. I could see them doing this with style and making Guilds even better and more fun to be apart of.
MAybe even a Solo player feature that is similar to this but weaker for those players who hate guilds but like the idea of rewards.
