You can still obtain them via the questline?
I thought devs removed the possibility to obtain them because of the oasis event and seasons (Naru, Tuvala), along with the other special weaponry (Ultimate Styd and so on).

You for sure get them via the Mediah quest line (When you get to Omar Lava Cave). If your seasonal skipped the quest, they can do it after the season ends.
But I have plenty of Abyssal Weapons in my storage in Altinova from my seasonal characters.

Debuffs are irrelevant to most people in 2021, I don't get why people are still triggered by this nonfactor.
